Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNYKOLA (NICK) KISS Peacefully with his family by his side, Dad passed away at the age of 79 on November 20, 2008. Dad was born in Sarto, MB on August 15, 1929. He worked for Swift Canadian for 28 years and took an early retirement. Dad will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 53 years, Teenie; daughters Carol (Ken), Debbie (Kevin); sons, Peter (Andrea), Nestor (Marlene), Ron (Gail), and Lorne; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Dad is also survived by two sisters Mary and Victoria; brothers Steve (Adeline), Johnny and sister-in-law Anne. Dad was predeceased by his brother Paul, sisters Frances, Anne and Margaret. Prayers will be on Monday, November 24, 2008 with viewing at 7:00 p.m. and prayers at 7:30 p.m. at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Drive, Steinbach, MB. Divine liturgy will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. in Sarto, MB. Our family would like to thank all the staff at the Fred Douglas Lodge for their excellent care for Dad. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
