He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Lee Vivian, grandson, Chris Yaren (Alana) and great-grandson, Isaac Yaren, granddaughter, Cassie Klassen (Dave Sinclair) and great-grandson, Luke Sinclair. After Lewis' and George's discharge from the R.C.A.F. they took over the operation of the King Edward Hotel in Neepawa from their Uncle Lewis Vivian. In 1962 they carried on in the new Vivian Hotel where Lewis made many friends. Lewis was an avid sports fan; a member of the Neepawa Golf Club, season ticket holder for the Blue Bombers beginning in the days of the old Osborne Stadium and in his younger years playing hockey and later coaching from Bantam BB level to Junior B. The highlight of his coaching endeavors was his team winning the Provincial BB championship. He was always willing to help his players further their education through hockey scholarships. I believe that if you played minor hockey in Neepawa that Lew Vivian would have touched your life. He was a wonderful man and I think of him often. RIP Lew. - Posted by: Cam Smith (Friend ) on: Jul 15, 2017
