Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAWRENCE S. ANDERSON (LARRY) Peacefully, on November 21, 2008 Lawrence passed away at the age of 91. Dad was born in Arran, SK on July 4, 1917. He served in the RCAF during the Second World War and then moved to Winnipeg, working for 35 years at Powell Equipment, retiring as Assistant Service Manager. Left to mourn his passing and looking forward to reunion with him in glory, are his wife of 60 years, Emily, daughters Sharon (Glen Wiebe), Catherine (Santiago Escuain), Lois (Bill Redifer) and son John, as well as 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, brothers Cecil, Somie, Alvin, and sister Frances. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Gideons or The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
