Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARMAND GEORGE LATREILLE On Saturday, November 22, 2008, St. Boniface Hospital, at age 84. Armand is survived by cherished friend and companion Viola Morrow, daughter Rose-Marie (Bob Christie), son Marcel (Micheline Labelle), grand-daughter Alison, sister Armande Latreille (sgm), sister Yvette Heisz, and brother-in-law Fred Wieffering. Predeceased by remarkable son Marc, loving wife Annette (Mousseau), sister Irene (Wieffering), father Georges and mother Louisa (Gobeil). During the Second World War, he proudly served in the armed forces on ships HMS Sheffield and HMCS Uganda, among others. His career was largely with Royal Bank of Canada in Manitoba, Ontario and Québec, from which he retired in 1977. The family expresses heartfelt appreciation to the many caregivers at the St. Boniface Hospital's Palliative Care Unit. There will be a celebration of his life at Green Acres Funeral Home, on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Urn Placement to follow in Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, you may choose to make a donation to a charity dear to you.
