Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPARKER (BUD) CAUFIELD Peacefully, with family at his side, Bud passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 85 years. Bud leaves to cherish his memory his wife Doris of 62 years, sons Bill (Elaine), Brian (Beverley) and Doug, grandchildren Michael (Amy), Amanda, Alex, Breanne, Jill and Stacey, great-grandchildren Eleanor and Reese. Bud served in the military at a young age during and after the Second World War and retired as a Sergeant with the Signal Corps. In 1953, he became a member of the Masonic Order, was a member of St. John's Lodge #4 and was a Past Master of the Lord Selkirk Lodge. Bud was a very active member of the Shriners, the Scottish Rite, the Royal Order of Scotland and the Eastern Star. The family wishes to thank all of the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit for their exemplary care and compassion. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 25 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 830 North Drive, with Rev. Geoff Woodcroft presiding.
