AILEEN EMILY MARY THERESE KAISER (nee DUFILY) November 3, 1936 - November 23, 2008 Beloved daughter, wife, mother and nana. Predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Eva Dufily, sister Margaret VanderHagen, and her husband Roy Kaiser. Aileen leaves to mourn her passing her children, Gordon Kaiser, wife Mayuka, Alfred Kaiser, wife Sara, Richard Kaiser, wife Dana and her daughter Colleen Mirwaldt, husband Tom. Aileen also cherished her grandchildren, Sara Mirwaldt, William Mirwaldt and Thomas Kaiser. Aileen grew up in Lac du Bonnet and then moved to Winnipeg, where she met her husband Roy. She was a dedicated wife and mother, moving to Calgary, Edmonton, Manitou, Neepawa, Dauphin and The Pas with Roy while raising their family. After Roy passed in 1993, Aileen moved to Winnipeg and devoted herself to caring for her elderly mother until her passing in 2004. Aileen loved to work in the garden, cook, visit with friends and brag about her grand-children. She made numerous friends throughout her life's journey and will be missed by anyone who knew her. The family would like to thank the health care providers at CancerCare Manitoba and the Seven Oaks General Hospital. A celebration of Aileen's life will be held at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 211 Regent Ave. West, Winnipeg, MB on Friday, November 28 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Aileen's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
