GORDON CECIL PEARSON August 31, 1932 - November 23, 2008 I'll be seeing you In all the old familiar places That this heart of mine embraces all day through. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our much loved husband, father, and Papa, Gordon Cecil Pearson. He left us on his favourite kind of sunny day surrounded by his family. Gordon's life was so full of time and experiences that it is difficult to place into one little paragraph. His life took many paths - as successful life long salesman, musician, and avid golfer. When he wasn't closing a sale, you could be sure he was entertaining someone, somewhere. His family was a never-ending source of pride for Gord, especially his five grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his bride Mary Pearson; his daughters, Christine Kiki Krawetz (Tom) and Roz Rosie Rigas (Nick); and grandchildren, Tyler Roadrunner Krawetz (Martha and Seth), Daniel Boone Krawetz, Adam Charlie Krawetz, Alexa Poopsie Parker and Madi Squirt Parker. Gordon also leaves to mourn his brother Roy Pearson (Grace) and sister Gloria North (John) and their families. Gordon leaves behind many wonderful caregivers, especially, nurses, Marie and Kathy and HCA's, Tina and Terri at Oakview Place Extendicare. Our family is grateful for their loving care and respect of our Dad. A private celebration of Gordon's life will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Gordon's memory, to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200 - 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3L 0K6. How lucky we were to have known someone who was so hard to say goodbye to.
