MARY ANNE HANDY Peacefully surrounded by her family, our hearts are saddened with the passing of our mother, grandma and great - grandma Mary Handy of Beausejour, Manitoba on Thursday, November 27, 2008 at the Health Science Centre. Remaining to forever cherish Mary's memory are her children Tina (Bryan), Tracy (Steve), Brenda, Mary (Trevor); grandchildren Melissa, Derek (Megan), David (Olivia), Michael, Alyssa; stepson Dan (Wanda); and great - grandchild (Matthew). She was predeceased by her lovely daughter Penny. Mary really enjoyed spending time outdoors gardening and her birds were among her favorites. She also loved to share her baked treats and would make special deliveries to many of her friends. Her door was always open where she would greet you with a smile. Mary's funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, at 1:00 p.m. in the Zion Lutheran Church, 403 1st Street North, Beausejour, MB. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) www.wspa.ca Many thanks to Dr. Kohanek and Dr. Van Rensberg, for your tireless efforts and your care and concern during these past few weeks.
