IRIS PATRICIA IRVINE It is with great sadness that we announce our beloved mother Iris Patricia Irvine passed away suddenly on November 26, 2008 at the age of 73 years. Iris will be lovingly remembered by sons Robert (Carla), Michael (Kelly) and Todd (Donna), grandchildren Lisa (Collin), Dawn, Allison, Kirk, Sam, Chantel (Irney) and Amber, great grandchildren Taylor, Landon, Austyn, Kaden, Daegan, Shayna and Roxton, sisters Lily and Ivy, sister-in-law Pat Savage as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many special friends. She is predeceased by her husband Robert of 51 years, sisters Ethel, Edith and Violet and brother Charles. Iris found great joy in the happiness and successes of her family. She delighted in hosting family and friends for delicious dinners and fun-filled evenings. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend who touched the lives of many throughout her life. All who came to know her felt truly welcomed. She will be dearly missed. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Ian, her neighbour, who watched over her. Iris's passion was her animals. Iris will once again join her true love Bobby. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, December 2, at the Victoria Arms, 700 Setter Street, in the main floor Hospitality Room, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for family and close friends.
