Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJUANITA MENDOZA CRUZ On Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Concordia Hospital, Juanita Cruz, beloved wife of the late Salvador Cruz, passed away at the age of 92 years old. Survived by her children, son Leonardo and late daughter-in-law Concordia, Rodolfo and wife Isabelita, the late Pepito and wife Conchita, grandsons and granddaughter all of the Philippines; daughters, Lerma, Fely and husband Mel, Nanette, Florie and husband Edgar, Eva and husband Rene son Fred and wife Norma, August and wife Consuelo all of Vancouver, Alberta and Winnipeg. Grand-children Ruskin, late Rommel, Didith, Doah, Debonair Dennise, Bobbet, Rosemarie, Russel, Raymond, Rowena Edwin, twins Neil and Michael, twins Helga and Heidi Cruz all of the Philippines, in Canada Mary Jane and Manuel Cruz, sons Austin, Kaizen Kingston, Rapunzel and Ed Pili sons Ed Jr. and Ethan, Mark, Miller Marie Lee and late Rene, children Michael and Rachel, Mario, Melissa and Ryan Mendoza children Mekayla, Reghan, Ryder, Roan and Aliya. Marsha and Richard Fajardo, children Marlon and Reana, Melanie and Fritzgerald Reyes daughter Mia, Jennifer and Jamie Datuin and son Maddox. Jay Cruz, Jason and Christine Orcullo, children Tristen and Carly, Jaime and Victor Platton, Stephen and Eva Aquino, Luke and Hyacinth Tamayo, Christopher and Susie Cruz, Charles and Sheena, Cliff and Mary, Reeva and Katrina Calanza, Willy and Helen Fajardo, children Mike, Angeline, Gustavo and Rafael. Her special bodyguards, Niki, Siga, Bum. Juanita will be lovingly remembered by sister-in-law Maxima Cruz, cousin Horacio Mendoza, other cousins, nephews, relatives and friends from the Philippines, USA and Canada. Juanita was a graduate of Centro Escolar University in Dressmaking and Fashion and had taught many. In Canada Juanita continued sewing bridal gowns and more, special babysitting to grandchildren and children of extended families. Lamay (visitation) will be held at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home on Thursday, December 4, 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. with prayers being said at 8:30 p.m. and Friday, December 5, 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. with prayers being said at 7:30 p.m. by Fr. Pierre Wood. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 6 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gerard Roman Catholic Church, 45 Foster St. with Fr. Pierre Wood the Celebrant. Interment will follow in Waverley Memorial Gardens, 1501 Waverley St. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff from Emergency and 3rd floor at Concordia Hospital, as well as Fr.
