MARGARET JEAN CLOUSTON (nee BLACK) Peacefully, on Monday, December 1, 2008 at the Grace Hospital, Margaret Clouston, aged 83 years of Selkirk, MB. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Tom and son Stewart, brothers, Don and Stan and sister Doreen Comber. Margaret will be fondly remembered by her sons, Bryan (Brenda) and Les; daughters, Jean (Larry) Mabee, Diane (Art) Franks and Val (Brian) Marmonier; daughter-in-law Donna; grandchildren, Jason (Misty), Richard (Janice), Angela (Albert), Rhonda (Jeff), Jeff (Ashley), Jennifer; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Jim (Dorothy); sisters, Evelyn Smith and Donna (Wayne); and sister-in-law, Evelyn Black. Mom and dad's married life was spent on the farm at Cloverdale. She raised her family while enjoying her gardening, chickens, raspberry picking and her quilting. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were always her greatest enjoyment and passion. Mom and dad moved to Lion's Manor in Selkirk where mom resided until her passing. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 5 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk with Rev. Deborah Vitt officiating. Thank you to the homecare workers, Selkirk Emergency staff and the Grace General ICU staff.
