DAMIAN ZIEMIANSKI It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Damian Ziemianski on November 29, 2008. Remaining to forever cherish his memory are his loving wife of 15 years, Margaret; daughter Nicole, aged 10; son Justin, aged five; parents, Barbara and Frank; brothers, Arthur and Marcel. Damian was born in Poland on January 17, 1969 and immigrated to Greece in 1989. He met his wife Margaret there, and in 1993 they both came to Canada to live in Winnipeg. As they had no family in Canada, Damian and Margaret could only depend on support from their friends. Damian was a wonderful man and father. He had two wonderful kids and loved them with all his heart. He passed away suddenly from a car accident and his family and friends will forever miss him. Prayers will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 9 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. Funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 10 at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of a donation for Margaret Ziemianski and her children, Nicole and Justin. The family extends a special thank you to the staff at Pinawa Hospital, Health Sciences Centre, all the Paramedics and to all the friends and neighbours who have helped Margaret and the children in this difficult time.
