THOMAS EDWARD STEWART On Thursday, November 27, 2008, beloved partner of Betty Chapman, Tom Edward Stewart, passed away, at Victoria Hospital, at the age of 83 years. Remaining to cherish Tom's memory are his partner Betty; sons, Bob (Carol), Bill, Pat (Jean) and Mike; daughters, Penny (Al), Carol and Maureen (Mike); seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Also missing him are Betty's children and grandchildren; friend Johnny Petrow and their Tim Horton's coffee bunch, as well as, countless elementary school children. He was predeceased by his brother George (Joan); son Tom (Sandy); and grandson Laurie Stewart. Tom worked many rewarding years as a livestock buyer for J. M. Schneider, and in his retirement found great joy and satisfaction in school volunteer work. In compliance with Tom's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's name to the Breakfast Program at St. George School or to Mrs. McManes Grade Two Reading Program at Highbury School.
