EDNA MILLICENT STACK January 1916 December 2008 Sadly, on December 4 Edna passed away while residing at Kildonan Personal Care Centre. She was predeceased by her Father, Albert Stoneham, who died accidentally while at work for the C.P.R. and by her brother, Bert, who was killed in action in Europe during the Second World War. Her mother who was left to raise three daughters alone, died in 1984. Edna also lost her husband, Jack Stack, and most recently her youngest sister Beth who died in April 2007. Edna was a life long resident of the East Kildonan/Elmwood area where she attended school at Lord Selkirk. She went on to Business College where she developed her secretarial skills in which she took great pride. Her last position was with the Workers Compensation Board. Edna is survived by her sister Dorothy White, who along with her friends will miss this Gracious Lady . Cremation will take place and a private service will be held at a later date.
