ELIZABETH LOIS LESPERANCE (nee BOISVERT) January 10, 1940 - December 7, 2008 Elizabeth (Libby) passed away peacefully with family by her side on December 7, 2008. She was predeceased by her spouse Robert (Scotty) Cain, her father Henri Boisvert, her sister Leona Steer and stepfather John Brown. She is survived by her mother, Julia Brown and five sisters, Rita (Jerome) Stammen, Pat Baxter, Irene Hnatiuk, Dolly (John) Rose and Valerie (Larry) Ranseth, along with 14 nieces and nephews and eight great-nieces and nephews. She will always be held with love in our hearts and remembered with each of our own special memories. Thanks to all the staff on the 5th floor of Seven Oaks Hospital where she was for the past six months. She loved to walk the halls and share stories, a wave or a smile. Your care and compassion will not be forgotten. At Libby's request, an ash interment will take place in the spring with the family gathered to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba, 4 Fort Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
