ROSS BALFOUR DAHL January 2, 1925 - December 8, 2008 Bal Dahl, aged 83 years, beloved husband of the late Clara Dahl, passed away, peacefully, on Monday, December 8, 2008, at the Pine Falls Hospital. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his children, Susan Trubiak (Ken), Reg Dahl (Shanshan), George Dahl (Kathy) and Donald Lavallee (Dolores); grand- children, Dawna and Greg Dendur, Brittney, Shannon, Kimberly, Shawn, Jason, Ryan, Denten Dahl and Paul-Kelly Lavallee; all his beloved sisters and brothers-in-law, (The Vincent's) and good friends, Meynard and Tina Bonekamp. He was predeceased by his wife Clara Dahl, son Bob Dahl and stepson Norman Lavallee. A memorial mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12 at Notre Dame du Laus Roman Catholic Church, Powerview, MB with Rev. Fr. James Gray presiding. A private interment will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
