MARY KISS (nee GALAY) Mary passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 7, 2008 at Tabor Home in Abbotsford at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Kiss and daughter of the late Theodore and Kathryn Galay. She was predeceased by her brothers, Mike, Nick, John, Joe, Victor and Walter and sister Carrie. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews, and friends. Mary grew up on a farm near Lac du Bonnet, MB. During the war she worked at an airplane factory in Fort William, went to hairdressing school and worked in Toronto. She owned a hairdressing salon until she married Ernie and moved to a farm in Plunkett, SK. They moved back to Winnipeg where she became an accountant. They moved onto Minneapolis, MN., then finally settled in Abbotsford. During their retirement they traveled extensively in Europe and Asia and were active in volunteering in their community. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at noon at St. Ann's Church, 33333 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford, BC. Henderson's Funeral Home 604-854-5534
