Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN S. (JACK) STEWART Passed away December 8, 2008 in Vita Hospital with his wife at his side. He is predeceased by his parents, John and Beatrice, first wife Lorna, Son Lorne, Brother Douglas (Cork), Sisters, Vivian, Audrey, and Beatrice (Babe), niece Kim, also brothers-in-law Walter, Morris, Matt (Sonny) and Ken. He is survived by his wife Jane, Daughters Donna (Brian) and Joanne Stepson Blair, stepdaughter Maggie (Brad), nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, sister June, brothers, Jim (Liz) Dick (Shirley), Lawrence (Jan) and Clifford. Jack was born November 18, 1928 in Winnipeg and moved to Ashern with his parents. He worked 40 years for the CNR out of Winnipeg. He retired in 1987 to Badger, Manitoba. The family wish to thank Steinbach and Vita Hospitals for the good care they gave him. Funeral is Sunday, December 14, at Piney Hall. Viewing from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Service at 2:00 p.m. followed by interment at Badger Cemetery. Lunch after interment.
