MARY THERESA LARUSH (nee DUNN) April 7, 1924 - December 9, 2008 Peacefully at home in her sleep Mom passed away and has gone into the arms of our Lord. Mom was the daughter of Joseph and Beatrice (Fitzgerald) Dunn. Ex-wife of Kenneth Peter LaRush (deceased). She was born in Mount St. Louis, Ontario. Mom leaves to mourn her passing her brothers, Frank and William of Toronto, and her many nieces and nephews. Her children, son Dave; daughter Ann and Mike Moroz (Peter and Melissa Dwolinski, Cindy and Ron Rothery, Jayson Jarigen); son Bob; daughter Mary and Larry (Taylor, Lindsay and Cody) Dwolinski. Mom was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph and John, sons, Frank and Phillip and her granddaughter Lisa. Mom worked for Child and Family Services for many years. Her compassion and care that she showed many families was very much appreciated until her retirement. Mom raised five children and cared for her grandchildren with much love and gentleness. Her laughter and kindness always showed what kind of devoted mother and grandmother she truly was. Mom loved bingo and bowling. Her love of embroidery and needlepoint work has left us all with some very beautiful keepsakes to cherish her memory forever. Mom played the lottery for many years using our birthdates as her lucky numbers. Well, Mom you never did win the lottery but we did. We won the biggest jackpot of all! Having you for a Mom and Grandma. A Private Family Service was held in Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in the memory of Mom may be made to a charity of your choice. Grandma in the green house. We love you and we will miss you. Taylor, Lindsay, Cody and Melissa We thought of you with love today but that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday and days before that too. We think of you in silence we often speak your name All we have are memories and your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake with which we'll never part God has you in His Keeping we have you in our hearts. GREEN ACRES Funeral Home and Cemetery # 1 Green Acres Lane, (204) 222-3241 Life stories may be shared with friends and family across the globe at www.mem.com
