Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMATTHEW ILLCHUK Peacefully, in the arms of his parents, Matthew Aiden Illchuk passed away on December 17, 2008. He was born July 14, 2008 to Derek and Tracy Illchuk at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. During his five months on this earth he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. In addition to his parents, Matthew is survived by maternal grandparents, Don and Marlene Enns; paternal grandparents, Peter and Janet Illchuk; as well as many great-grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 22, 2008, 1:00 p.m. at Westwood Community Church, 401 Westwood Drive. Private interment will take place prior to the service at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Winnipeg Children's Hospital. There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world.
