MARIA PERIN (PERUN) (nee NYZICK) (NYZYK) Peacefully on December 16, 2008 our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She leaves to mourn her daughters Cheryl Cottrell (Amador) and Linda Gilchrist (Craig), grandchildren Craig (Raynell), Alex (Denise) and Kendra, great-grandchildren Mackenzie David Gilchrist and Summer Marie Gilchrist. Also her nieces, nephews and special nephew Alan Perun, who spent many evenings with her. She was predeceased by her husband Peter, parents Stephan and Maria (Maruszczak), sisters Anna, Katrina and Patricia. Mom's first love was her family. She enjoyed her favourite pastime playing bingo with her friends. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at Grace Hospice and Riverview Health Centre. A special thank you to Kristen, Kevin, Tiffany and Dr. Blank. As per her wishes no service will be held and a private interment will take place at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
