My Dear Aunty Erna - I think of you so often and miss our chats over tea in your apartment on Country Club. Sharing our passion for the "Royals" was always great fun. Your collection of news articles and pictures from back in the day still fascinate me and I am privileged to own them. I think of you and your smile every time I revisit them. Also I will never forget the day you came right out and asked me " Is there anything about your Dad or how we grew up, that you would like to know?" I was very surprised. You said "You have to get it from the source because once we're all gone...everything is hearsay." You taught me so much about our family and I am forever grateful to you for that. I have used that quote with many people. Thank you for being such an important part of my life. I know you are with your sweetheart and my Dad and your sisters. Please know that you are also missed very much and that I love you. Rest peacefully, D.G. - Posted by: Donna Gail (Niece) on: Jul 22, 2021
