ELSIE BRITTON Elsie Britton was born on May 17, 1926, in London, England, and passed away, December 18, 2008, in Vernon, BC, at the age of 82 years. She will be lovingly remembered and cherished by her son Chris (Barbara) and her grandson Kyle. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Francis, in 2006; three sisters, Dolly, Violet and Lillian; one brother Harry and her parents, Mary and Joseph Spear. Elsie was an extremely kind and generous woman who was very devoted to her family and friends. She had a very big heart; always placed the needs of others above her own and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Cremation preceded the Funeral Service which will be held on Monday, December 29, 2008 at All Saints Anglican Church at 2:00 p.m. with The Reverend Canon Chris Harwood-Jones officiating. Inurnment will follow in the All Saints Anglican Church Columbarium.
