FRANCES (FRAN) MARGARET BELANGER Passed away at the Glenboro Health Centre on Tuesday December 23, 2008 at the age of 64 years, Frances Fran Belanger of Belmont MB. Fran leaves to mourn her passing her daughter Amanda Bouchard (Paul), grandchildren Greg, Curtis and Shelly, daughter Rebecca Laniuk, Fran's partner of 10 years Shawn Manning, brothers Joe (Cindy), Rick (Annette), and by sisters Dawn and Renee. At the time of her death she was on disability from Southwest Community Options in Ninette MB where she was the Day Program Manager. Fran's passions were cooking, gardening and strolling through nature with Chance . The last 2 years she struggled with Kidney Cancer but was able to continue with her passion thanks to the support of special friend Lynda Manning, family and the wonderful support of the Community of Belmont. A celebration of Fran's life will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Willmor Chapel, Glenboro, with Rev. Judy Limpright officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the Transcona Cemetery. Friends that so desire, memoriams may be made in Fran's memory to the Siloam Mission in her memory.
