WILLIE SPENCE Peacefully, with his family by his side, Willie Spence entered into rest at the Tiger Hills Health Centre in Treherne, Manitoba on Friday, December 19, 2008. Left to cherish Willie's memory are his wife Solange (Sally), daughters, Melissa (Mike), Stephanie and Michelle, son Michael Plantje, mother Barbara Gordon, brothers, James (Fanny) Gordon and family, Dennis Sinclair and family, Donnie (Annette) Robinson, Wayne (Tracy) Goulet and family and Garry Ladobruk, as well as his Pinette family, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends. Willie was predeceased by his Granny and Grandpa, Eliza and Alexander Spence, as well as two sisters, Grace and Anne, and many other family members and friends. A Celebration of Willie's Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at the Holland Community Hall, Holland, MB with interment to follow at a later date. Casual dress preferred. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Willie's memory to Tiger Hills Palliative Care Unit, in care of Tiger Hills Health Centre, Treherne, MB R0G2V0 or Cancer Care Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermot Ave., RM ON1160, Winnipeg, MB R3E 9Z9.
