ROGER PELLETIER It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Roger Pelletier, age 65, on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at the St. Boniface Hospital. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Lisa (Gary) Anderson, Leanne (Todd Thorimbert); his wife Lorraine; brothers, Marcel (Tannis), Eddy (Grace); sisters, Yvonne (Clem) Prive, Diane (Richard) Bernier; sister-in law Denise; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and long time friends. Roger was predeceased by his father Alexandre, mother Simone, brother Ovide, and great-nephew Mathew. Roger was born May 28, 1943 in St. Boniface, Manitoba. He remained in Winnipeg, raising a family and worked as an electrician, where he owned and operated Pelletier Enterprises for over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and had a love for playing cards the casino will miss him dearly. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., with viewing from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A special thank you to the staff of the St. Boniface Hospital for their loving care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
