GERMAINE (GERRY) KARTZMARK (MARIE CLAIRE GERMAINE TURCOTTE) October 5, 1918 - December 23, 2008 Peacefully on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, at The Maples Personal Care Home in Winnipeg, Germaine died at the age of 90. Left to mourn her are her three children Robert, Raymond and Denise (Sawatzky), son-in-law Michael, granddaughter Angela, Sister Therese and husband Morris Slater of San Francisco, in laws Elinor Kartzmark, Robert and Betty Kartzmark, nieces, nephews and friends. Germaine is predeceased by her husband Martin, sister and brother-in -law Marguerite and Alfred Landry, brother-in-law Roy and Parents Alfred and Mary Jane (Adolph Syre) Turcotte. Germaine had many interests and talents. Along with a beautiful singing voice she excelled at cooking, sewing, needlework, and flower gardening. She enjoyed bowling and going for long walks. In God's promised resurrection she will once again enjoy these things. Acts 24:15 John 11:25 At Germaine's request cremation has taken place.
