ANNIE NEWELL Peacefully on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at East View Lodge, Neepawa, MB, Annie Newell, widow of the late Charlie Newell, passed away at the age of 97 years. Viewing will be held on Friday, January 2, 2009 (tonight) from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. in Crescent Heights Chapel, 1745 Saskatchewan Ave. W., Portage la Prairie, MB. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2009 in the Anglican Church in Neepawa with the Reverend Father Chad McCharles officiating. A reception will follow the interment in the family plot in Neepawa Riverside Cemetery. To honour the memory of Annie Newell, donations to the MS Society of Manitoba, 306 Saskatchewan Ave. E., Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 0K8 would be appreciated.
