He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 26 years, Eva; son Christopher; daughter Jennifer; father Harold; brother Lyle (Fran); sister Karen (Wayne) Leaf. Warren was born in Winnipeg and grew up in North Kildonan. He graduated from River East Collegiate went to Red River College, and attained his CGA from the University of Manitoba. Warren worked for Wawanesa Insurance where he met Eva, the love of his life. In 1983 he along with his friend Ken Feasey founded Ranger Insurance. He was an avid fisherman and a lifelong member of AActive Game and Fish, a passion he dearly loved. Warren also loved fastball and was a member of the Diamonds. He enjoyed travelling with his family to Mexico and going on cruises. He also loved going to his brother's cabin at Gibi Lake to catch the biggest Walleye. The family would like to especially thank Dr. G.Y. Minuk of the Liver Clinic, for going above and beyond the call of duty, as well as the nursing staff at Winnipeg and London ICUs. We would also like to thank the friends and family that supported us through Warren's lengthy illness. A special thank you to Sean Neufeld who had offered to be a live donor for Warren. Dear Eva, I am so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of our early years together when we were the "Ranger's wives" ... sadly he died far too young with such a lovely wife and children left behind. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Janis Chrest (formerly Zamick) - Posted by: Janis Chrest (Acquaintance) on: Jan 05, 2009
