PEARL NAGELKOP (nee LERNER) August 4, 1916 - January 3, 2009 Suddenly, on January 3, 2009, at 6:50 a.m. at the Maples Personal Care Home, Pearl Nagelkop passed away in her sleep in her 93rd year. She is survived by her five children, Carol, Robert (Mickey) and his wife Dayle, Shellee and her husband Jim, Martin and Harvey and his wife Gayle, as well as her grandchildren, Robin (Craig), Kristall (Brad), Erynne (Brad), Cheri, Jodie (Clayton), Dana, D'Arcy (Adriana), Candace, Amber, Carolyn, Courtney and Cameron. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Kayla, Dustin, Chelsea, Megan, Summer, James, Audrey, Lialla, Steven and Cassidy and one sister, Doris Silver as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Pearl was predeceased by her husband Morris as well as her siblings Murray (in childhood) Sam, George, Jack, Isaac and Marjorie as well as her parents and grandparents. The family would like to express its appreciation to the staff at the Maples Personal Care Home for keeping her comfortable during her stay there. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a small family service in the summer.
