ALICE BURWASH Alice Burwash, aged 87 years, of Roblin, MB, passed away, January 3, 2009, at Roblin District Health Centre. Surviving is husband Bill Burwash, of Roblin, MB; daughters, Linda (Pierre) LeProhon, and Barbara Burwash, all of Winnipeg, MB; and sister Verna Bouvier, of Roblin, MB. Alice was predeceased, in death by parents, Henry and Emily (nee Lafournaise) Bouvier; two brothers, Henry Fortunat Bouvier and Herbert Bouvier. Prayer services will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Nairn-Chyz Funeral Home, Roblin, MB. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. from Ste. Claire Roman Catholic Church, San Clara, MB, with Rev. Fr. Paul Bisson officiating and interment to follow at Ste. Claire Parish Cemetery. Memorial gifts, in memory of Alice Burwash, may be given to Ste. Claire Roman Catholic Parish Cemetery Fund, Box 75, San Clara, MB, ROL 1T0. Notes of condolence may be forwarded to the family, in care of, nairn@mts.net.
