JESSIE SNIFELD On January 6, 2009 at the Health Sciences Center, Jessie Snifeld, aged 68 years, of Riverton, passed away with her family at her side. She leaves surviving her beloved husband of 45 years, Julius, daughters Sherry (Larry) and Tammy (Rob), sons Larry (Linda) and Les (Lori), grandchildren Waylon, Kayla, Roger, Solita, Krissy, Jordan, Tiory, Blaine, Brett and Trent, great granddaughter Jalyn, a brother Ernie and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. She was predeceased by a son Curtis in 1979, her parents Roderick and Nellie, sister Edna, and brothers Manny, Demmy, Billy and Joe. Jessie lived her early years at Pine Dock, MB and lived most of her life in Riverton. She loved her bingo, family gatherings, going to the beach and going for rides. She especially enjoyed being with all her family for her last Christmas, it really meant a lot to her. A memorial service will be held on Friday January 9 at 2:00 p.m. in the Riverton Rec. Center with Pastor Trudy Thorarinson officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Selkirk Dialysis Unit, Box 5000, Selkirk, MB R1A 2M2. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at the Selkirk Dialysis Unit for all their wonderful care. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
