YVONNE JUTRAS (nee DESAULNIERS) September 5, 1911 January 5, 2009 Peacefully Yvonne Jutras of Letellier, Manitoba passed away at the age of 97 years at Foyer Valade Care Home, Winnipeg, Manitoba on January 5, 2009. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters: Colette (Richard), Lise (Dave); son: Sylvain (Peggy); daughter-in-law: Kim (Brunel); grandchildren: Lorin, Theodore, Jeannine, Karess, Jasmine, Jacqueline, and Carmelle; her brother Victor (Simone); sisters-in-law: Gabrielle, Marie, Rita, Jeannine and Fabie; as well as many nephews and nieces. She will always be alive in the memories of her family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Antonin; one son Brunel; sister Leonne; brothers: Arthur, Leon, Emile, Raymond, George, Raoul, Claude, Achille, Jules and Aurele. She was a loving, vital woman and the memory of her deep faith, generosity, strength and devotion to family will remain with us always. Her teaching career spanned 23 years, was co-founder of the Ligue Féminine Catholique (25 years of service), served on numerous committees and organizations and performed as a singer and actress from her youth to adulthood. Prayers will be said Saturday, January 10, 2:15 p.m., the Mass will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the Letellier Roman Catholic Church. Interment will take place in the Letellier Parish Cemetery. The family wishes to thank Fr. Patrice Kasonga and all who have participated in this celebration of life. In memory of Yvonne Jutras, donations may be made to the Letellier Roman Catholic Parish.
