CORDELIA (DEL) MARY PANKHURST Cordelia passed away on January 2, 2009. Del was born in England on June 19, 1916. After the war, along with her mother, they moved to Winnipeg to be reunited with her father. Del lived most of her life in Winnipeg growing up in Weston and the West End. She embarked on a career in food services for Eaton's where she worked until retiring as Supervisor for the Employee's Cafeteria. Her hobbies included knitting, playing bridge and travelling the world. She also belonged to a Women's League winning many trophies in five pin bowling. Del was predeceased by her father George, mother Ellen Rose and sister Sylvia Critchley. She is survived by her sister Hilda Loschiavo (Sam), three nephews, three great-nephews and five great-nieces. No formal service will be held. Special thanks to the staff at Heritage Lodge Nursing Home for their care during Del's stay.
