LEONA RUBY BERNICE JACKSON (nee CARDINAL) November 8, 1953 - January 3, 2009 Leona passed away at the Health Sciences Centre surrounded by her family. Leona leaves to mourn her husband Robert, one step-son, three step-daughters, eight brothers (sisters-in-law), four sisters (brothers-in-law), numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Belva and Arthur Cardinal and one step-daughter Diane. Leona was born and raised in Winnipeg. Leona was a wonderful person who family looked up to, a good friend to all, always there through good and bad times. She will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street. Interment Brookside Cemetery.
