JEANE ISBERG Peacefully in her sleep on January 11, 2009 in her 82nd year after an eventful and productive life. Beloved wife of Bill, sister to Ruth McKee, Donna McPherson and Leslie Dixon, wonderful mother to Robin, Craig, Duncan and Kris and good friend to daughters-in-law Debbie, Maureen and Margaret. Gramma will be sadly missed by grandchildren Joe (Erin), Michael, Dan., Paul, Matt, Kelly, Emily, Duff and Jessie. Jeane had a wonderful life with much adventure from her birthplace in Winnipeg, (where she was born, began her family and worked with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet), to Vancouver (where she worked with the Grouse Mountain Ski School), then on to Toronto (a career with CIBC), San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, a sail boat on the Pacific Ocean, Puerto Vallarta (to retire), Eagle Lake and then finally back to Toronto for her last years. The family will celebrate Jeane's life and mourn her passing privately. A special thank you to the staff at St. Michaels Hospital who treated Jeane with compassion and skill in her last years.
