BERTHA VAN DEN BUSSCHE (nee GRIFT) Peacefully, on Saturday, January 17, 2009, at the Tiger Hills Personal Care Home in Treherne, MB, Bertha passed away at the age of 91. Bertha was predeceased by her husband Oscar Van Den Bussche, and leaves to mourn her passing, her sons, Urselin, Norbert, Leonard and Eugene and their families. Prayers will take place at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Swan Lake, MB on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 1:30 p.m., followed by the Mass of the Christian Burial at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Cemetery, Swan Lake, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bertha's memory to The Canadian Diabetes Association, Manitoba Division, 200 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
