MARGARET JANE GOYMER (nee HAWKINS) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Goymer on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the age of 61 years old. Remaining to forever cherish Margaret's memory are her husband Jim; daughter Jane (Stuart), children, Ryan and Lauren; son James (Gemma), children, Braden and Christian; son Matthew (Corlee), child Zachary; son Maurice (Dianne), dogs, Sonny and Savanah. Born in Turner Valley, Alberta, Margaret grew up in Sherwood Park and New Guinea, before moving to Gillam in 1973 where she worked and raised her family. Margaret was extremely generous to those closest and dear to her heart, and will be deeply missed. The family wishes to thank all of Margaret's friends and family who made the trip to visit her, she enjoyed the company. A funeral service will be held in Gillam on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gillam Recreation Centre. Because of Margaret's deep love for animals and plants, a donation to the Humane Society would be appreciated.
