She was predeceased by her husband, Jacob van der Weyde on December 17, 2006. Cherishing her memory are Deanna (Ian) grandchildren, Matthew and Shania of Calgary, Alberta. Trudy (Richard) grandchildren, Anson and Aynslie of Oakbank, Manitoba. MaryAnn (Jean-Rene) grandchildren, Jacob and Jillian of Portage la Prairie and one son, Randy van der Weyde of Winnipeg. Prayer Service will be held on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Green Acres Funeral Home.
