Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUTH (MACHEL) MURRAY KEVIN CASTELLAN It's with heavy hearts that we announce the tragic loss of Ruth Angelica and her son Kevin Daniel on Monday, January 19, 2009. Ruth was predeceased by her mother Martha Machel. They will be dearly missed by Bill Murray (husband / stepfather), Clarissa Castellan (daughter / sister) and Keith Castellan (father to Kevin). Also mourning the loss are Ruth's father Henry (wife Maria); Ruth's brothers, Kurt (wife Silvana), Harold (wife Yvonne) and their families; the Murray and Castellan families, as well as numerous relatives and friends. A sincere thanks to all medical staff at the Health Sciences Centre and Seven Oaks Hospital, all emergency response team members and especially Constable Charlene Lisi and Constable Justine Parry. Their funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 2009 at Neil Bardal Inc., 3030 Notre Dame Ave. across from Brookside Cemetery where interment will take place. Officiating will be Reverend Marc Whitehead of North Kildonan United Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to a Trust Fund for Clarissa Castellan may be made to any TD Bank branch, made to: The Bill Murray/Clarissa Castellan Trust Fund. I was never really friends with Kevin, but we did go to school together when we were younger and worked together at Royal Fork Buffet.. he had such a loud contagious goofy laugh! you would laugh just because he was laughing!... I was shocked when I had heard about Kevin's passing; (years ago) I was not able to attend his funeral, but I still have some good memories of him from work. condolences to the family. - Posted by: Amber (Former coworker and classmate) on: Dec 10, 2017
