Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAURICE BARTHELETTE December 6, 1934 - January 18, 2009 On January 18, 2009 Morris passed away at the age of 74. He is remembered by his son Larry (Sylvia), daughter Leisa (Marlon) and granddaughter Ainsleigh. Besides his children he is survived by sisters Anne, Helen and Vicky. Morris was predeceased by his youngest daughter Lorie; brothers Adelard, Ed, Gordon and Wilfred; sisters Adrianne, Agnes and Lillian. He was raised in Southeastern Manitoba and moved to Winnipeg as a young adult, where he tried many endeavours and decided on a career as a truck driver. He enjoyed long distance hauls throughout Canada and the US, as well as local trips within Manitoba. Dad used humour as a way of putting people at ease by making fun of both himself and others. He was easily recognized by his robust laugh long before he was seen. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. In accordance with Dad's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal funeral service. Innichement will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada. 586-8044

I always thought you were my uncle but I found out you were my cousin. I can't believe I'm just finding this out today. Your pictures on my wall and always has been, with your crazy touque of course. You were always a favorite of mine and I have so many great memories of you. I can't believe this is true.. Always hoped I'd run into you again but I know you're having fun wherever you are..
