WILLIAM (BILL) ANDRONICK Peacefully on Wednesday, January 21, 2009, Dad passed away at Grace General Hospital at the age of 85 years. Left to cherish Dad's memories are his wife of 62 years, Olga, son Gary, daughter Cathy (Mel), granddaughter Amanda and grandson Christopher. Dad was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Elizabeth, brothers Jackie and Raymond. After retiring in 1988 from Coldstream Canada, Mom and Dad could be found at the cottage in the Big Whiteshell. An avid fisherman, he always managed to catch something for dinner. Dad loved his time spent sitting on the dock with Sam by his side, feeding the ducks. Sam was his special buddy, and he always knew Grandpa had a cookie or treat just for him. Dad took great pleasure in visits from his two grandchildren, especially when they brought him sweets. Dad's greatest pleasure was just being with Mom. A special thanks for the care and compassion by the Doctors and nursing staff at Grace General Hospital 3rd floor North. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB, R3T 0R3. Funeral service will be held Monday, January 26, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
