Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT BERNARD April 10, 1954 - January 18, 2009 Youngest son of Anne-Marie and Germain Bernard passed away suddenly but peacefully in his sleep with his brother Gerald (Barney) at his side. Robert was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in May 2008. Robert and Barney had recently moved from N. Vancouver to Penticton in September 2008, thankfully his sisters Lucille and Olive were able to visit and spend a few weeks of quality time with Robert in November and December. The family would like to thank Barney for being there for Robert, for his patience and kindness shown during his brief illness. Au revoir Robert until we meet again! A graveside memorial will be held in St. Claude, MB in June 2009.
