PAUL HENRI JOSEPH DUVAL February 29, 1924 January 23, 2009 Paul Duval, of St. Jean Baptiste, passed away peacefully at the Morris General Hospital at the age of 84 years. He leaves to mourn his wife Isabelle; his children Armand (Raymonde), Yvette, Denise (Greg) McEwen, Aline, Normand (Cécilia), and René (Marcelle); his grandchildren Rachelle, (Mike) Orchard, Cristalle, Danielle (Wayne) Wolanski, Paul (Sofia), Léo, and Daniel; and great-grandchildren Chad, Shelby, Patrique, Monique, and Josiah. He also leaves to mourn his sister Germaine (René) Trudeau; his sisters-in-law Marie-Ange Duval, Jeanne (Edmond) La Marre, Lorraine Bérard, Irène Bérard; and also the family of Isabelle Barnabé. Paul was predeceased by his first wife Claire (née Bérard), grandson Marcel, great-grandson Darin, his parents Ludger and Elizabeth, his brother Marcien, and his sister Juliette. The funeral mass will be celebrated by Father Alphonse Bongo at the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church on Monday, January 26 at 2:00 p.m. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Morris General Hospital, the Red River Valley Lodge, and Salem Home in Winkler for all their care and compassion.
