MARCEL JEAN-LOUIS LACOSTE Marcel Jean-Louis LaCoste, dearly beloved husband of Gail passed away peacefully with his family by his side on January 26, 2009. He played hockey on the championship St. Boniface Buffalo's team (1955 and 1956) along with his two brothers. He was an All-Star Fastball player five times and played twice against Ed Feignor and his four man team, The King and His Court. Later, he became an avid golfer and was a longtime member of the Transcona Golf Club, and was associated with the Transcona Senior's Club. His greatest enjoyment was time spent with his grandchildren and attending many of their concerts and activities. Mars and Gail were married fifty-one years and had five children, Robert (Norma), Ron (Sharon), Linda (Robert), Gary (Lee) and Brian (Lynn), his ten grandchildren, Amanda, Sarah, Vanessa, Joe, Cole, Michael, Lisa, Stephanie, Sherry and Kelly. Well, I think I know, the best in me and the best in you found each other because we knew that always and always since time began, our being partners was part of God's plan, Forever Gail Though we cannot evaluate Our Dad, his love, his worth to us, he'll always be Just Dad , the greatest guy on earth.
