THOMAS STANLEY BEAR Peacefully with family by his side, Thomas Stanley Bear (Tom) passed away at the Percy E. Moore Hospital on January 27, 2009, at the age of 74 years old. Tom resided on Peguis First Nation and is survived by his loving wife, Isabel Nancy and his children, Cynthia (Gerald), their children, Justin and Irene; Stan and his children, Conrad (Misty), Ryan (Wyanita), Julia, Michael and Aidan and Stan's grandchildren, Elijah, Tristen, Taylor, Daniella and Carter; Rose (Alvin) and their children, Amanda, Laurin, Jonathan and Jessica; Roland (Sue) and their dogs, Mahighan and Ditch; Lorraine and her son Kyle; Doris (Max) and their children, Sydney and Dakota; stepchildren, Doug (Helenne) and their children, Stephanie, Tara, (Ryan) and Jonathan, and their granddaughter Danielle; Dennis; Bruce; his siblings, Gladys (Philip); Violet; Doug (Agnes), Anna (Bob) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by first wife Irene Margaret Wilson; his stepson Guy; his parents, Violet and Stanley Bear; sister Rose (Jim); brother Franklin (Gladys); and infant sister and three brothers. Special thanks to his stepson Bruce who provided endless care and support over the past number of years. In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place and a memorial service has been scheduled for Friday, January 30, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Peter's Anglican Church on Peguis First Nation, with Reverend Barry Bear officiating. The Bear family would like to thank the doctors and staff of the Percy E. Moore Hospital for their love and care. Arrangements are being handled by Fisher Funeral Home, Fisher Branch, Manitoba.
