PETER ROMANIUK On January 15, 2009, Peter passed away at the Selkirk General Hospital at the age of 83. Peter was born in Sarto, Mb., August 3, 1925. Peter worked hard for many years and eventually retired from Cowan Steel. Peter is survived by his beloved Margie and also his sisters Mary, Helen and Jean, and many nieces and nephews. Peter and Margie worked hard at their farm in Libau producing an abundance of vegetables from their garden. Uncle Pete loved to watch wrestling and could tell you who's going to get what and when! The family would like to thank Dr. Zoppa, the staff at the Selkirk General Hospital and Woodland Courts for all their care and compassion. As per Uncle Pete's request, a private family service was held at Cropo on January 21, 2009 and entombment took place at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
