CONSTANTINE (COSTA) ANDREW VLASSIE Costa passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 29, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona where he loved to be in the winter. He is survived by his daughters, Tina Vlassie, Diane Vermeulen, and Cathy (Paul) Trueman, and son Andrew. Also survived by his grandchildren, Penny, Morgan, Andrea, and Riley; also brother Manoli and wife Mari Vlassie and sister Katherine Vlassie, and nephews, Andrew (Sandra) Vlassie and Lexy (Mark) Vlassie. Services will be held in Phoenix, Arizona on Friday, February 6 at Tempe Mortuary and another service will be held in Winnipeg in the Spring. Date to be determined. Costa was the owner of the The Chocolate Shop Restaurant for many decades. Costa was a lover of good food, good wine, cigars and nice cars. We will miss him dearly
