Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPHINE CLARK (nee CAMPBELL) February 16, 1917 - January 29, 2009 Peacefully, on Thursday, January 29th, 2009, at the Tuxedo Villa Personal Care Home, Josephine Clark passed away. Josephine will be lovingly remembered by her brother Don Campbell, of Sorrento, B.C., and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence Clark; and her parents, Lorne and Elizabeth Campbell; brothers, Archibald, James and Lorne; sisters, Loreen McConell and Myrtle Larkin. Josephine was born in Austin, Manitoba, on February 16th, 1917. She married Clarence Clark in 1941, and joined him in his varied Naval postings, settling in Calgary, after the war. Josephine was recognized for her artistic abilities and always viewed the world with an artistic eye. She had a special rapport with animals and loved the precious cats at Tuxedo Villa. In accordance with Josephine's wishes cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held, but a family gathering will take place at a later date. Many thanks to all the staff at Tuxedo Villa for their many years of dedication and care of Josephine. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
