ANNA BOEHMER With family by her side, Anna Boehmer passed away peacefully at the Betel home in Selkirk, MB, on January 31st, 2009, at the age of 102 years and 11 months. She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Albert (Doretta) Boehmer; daughter Mary (Robert) Bruce. Her memory will also be cherished by grandchildren, Bob (Brenda), Ted, Jim (Marie), Lori, Dave, Valerie (Kelly), Wendy, Shirley (Charles), Jean (Tim) and Rob (Nicole); and 17 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Anna is also survived by one sister, Else; and numerous nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her husband, Theodore; granddaughter Patti; and by her brothers and sisters in Germany. Anna was a very loving and caring mother and grandmother. We will always treasure our special memories of her. Cremation has taken place and a Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Petersfield, MB, on Thursday, February 5th, 2009, at 11:00 a.m., with Fr. Dado Parrenas officiating. Interment will follow in the Churchyard cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The St. Anne's Ladies Auxiliary, Box 250, Petersfield, MB, R0C 2L0, or a charity of your choice. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
